Data Deletion Instructions

Request deletion of data associated with a Sentralogic website, application, or third-party integration.

How to submit a request

  1. Email admin@sentralogic.id with the subject “Data Deletion Request”.
  2. State the product or service involved and the email address, phone number, account ID, or integration identity associated with the data.
  3. Describe the information you want deleted and provide enough detail for us to locate it.
  4. Complete reasonable identity or authority verification when requested.

What happens next

We will acknowledge and review the request, identify data under our control, and delete or anonymize eligible information. We may retain limited records when required for security, fraud prevention, contractual records, backups, legal obligations, or dispute resolution.

Google-connected applications

You may also revoke an application’s access from your Google Account security settings. Revoking access stops future access but does not automatically delete information already stored by the application; submit the deletion request above for stored data.
